Dandamudi Amar Mohandas was born in India in the year 1957. He was the only son of Late Sri D. Mohan Rao and Smt. Danda Naga Sarada. His parents were very religious and gave him a religious upbringing. Though he was born in a Hindu family, he was exposed to different religions and became interested in Buddhism, Jainism, Sikhism, and Christianity. He started reading about these religions and their philosophies at an early age.
He did his primary schooling from St. Peter’s School, Kota until 4th grade and then he joined Central Model School, Kota till 7th grade.
