The rental rate for properties of 5 Marla can vary from 30,000/- PKR to 45,000/- PKR while for 10 Marlas, rent can vary from 85,000/- PKR to 100,000/- PKR. Bahria Town

The residents have access to a fully developed commercial area that is located in the middle of the residential area. Most of the time the property up for rent will be a small 5 Marla house. 10 Marla and 1 Kanal homes are seldom up for rent as their rent rate is very high. The rental rate for a 5 Marla house in this sector is usually between 40,000/- PKR to 60,000/- PKR while the rental rate for a 10 Marla home can be between 60,000/- PKR to 150,000/- PKR. The rental rate for 1 Kanal homes up for rent in G-13 is between 150,000/- PKR to 200,000/- PKR.
Sector E-11
This sector is the 3rd most sought-after sector in the capital in terms of the availability of homes up for rent. This sector is assessable through the Main Kashmir Highway and is can also be accessed through the Main Margalla Road and Ahmed Faraz Road. Apart from its own commercial zones, this sector also has various high-end academic institutions.
The downside to all these premium amenities is that they are not cheap. A 5 Marla House in E11 can cost renters up to 70,000/- PKR per month. 10 Marla homes and 1 Kanal homes are even more expensive, but if funding is no problem for the renter, then this sector is the best to live in the capital.
Sector I-8
This sector’s location makes it the perfect blend of a serene lifestyle and an urbanized rush. This sector is accessible from almost anywhere in the capital and also connects Express Highway to Srinagar. This sector also has a number of well-known academic institutes such as Iqra University, National University of Modern Languages, and even Shifa Hospital.
This sector only offers bigger houses available for rent. 5 Marla homes are seldom found in this sector. Rental rates for homes in this sector are very high as compared to the rest of the city. The monthly rent for a 10 Marla house in this sector will vary from 100,000/- PKR to 200,000/- PKR. Rental rates for 1 Kanal homes are even higher, going as high as 250,000/-PKR per month.
