Hydrate inside and out(H2O)
Drinking a lot of water is always the key to maintain a healthy skin tone. It helps to flush out your body’s toxins. Drink at least eight glasses of water if you won’t take more. Eating fruits and vegetables with high water content such as watermelon, cucumber, orange, strawberry, grapefruit, and cantaloupe can also hydrate your body.
Use rose water on your skin as It helps prevent and reduce eye puffiness. It maintains pH balance and naturally hydrates your skin if you spray it on your face during the day.
