Just one day after the actress filed for divorce, Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet have decided who will receive custody of their children.
Lola, 16, and Nakoa-Wolf, 15, were granted joint legal custody as part of the divorce settlement deal. Care, education, and overall well-being of Momoa and Bonet’s two children will fall squarely on their shoulders.
Bonet, 56, and Momoa, 44, will split the cost of raising their children. But “that party shall be responsible for the Children’s expenses for such trips” if just one parent chooses to take the kids on a trip.

The couple released a joint statement two years ago detailing their breakup, in which they stated, “We have all felt the pinch and shifts of these changing times… There is a revolution taking place, and our family is experiencing all of it, both emotionally and spiritually.
“And thus,” they said, “we inform our family that we are divorcing.”
Sharing the update was their intention, they said, “not because we think it’s newsworthy but so that as we go about our lives we may do so with dignity and honesty.”
