Keto Fruits and vegetables are essential for a healthy ketogenic diet but can be difficult to find when traveling or at the grocery store. As such, it is important to know which fruits and vegetables are ripe for ketosis.
Only low-glycemic fruits and vegetables should be used in your daily carbohydrate limit when you’re eating Keto. This means that most berries are out, but some exemptions (like avocado) exist.

All leafy greens are great for ketosis, so enjoy spinach salads with plenty of bacon bits, or kale chips if that’s your thing. Cruciferous vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower should also be eaten sparingly as they have a lot of carbohydrate content.
