What is Meebhoomi Adangal?
Meebhoomi Adangal or Adangal AP is a detailed account of a plot of land situated within the state’s geographical limits. The administrative authority of the concerned village maintains this document. It includes several details related to a land like Khata number, total land area, landowner’s name, hissa and survey number of land, etc.
Locals of this state also recognise Adangal as ‘Pahani’ or ‘Village Count Number 3’ and use it typically while purchasing or selling land.
What is a Meebhoomi 1-B document?
A ROR (Record of Rights) is a document that offers an extract of land records as maintained by the Revenue Department of Andhra Pradesh. It is also popularly known as 1-B in this state. This document is sourced from a separate and manual register maintained in the village, listing land records before implementing the digitization procedure on the Meebhoomi AP portal.
Landowners from Andhra Pradesh can opt for a home loan if they want to own a property in this state. However, they should be responsible for repaying their loan on time to improve their credit score and help them avail several offers.
For instance, financial institutions extend pre-approved offers that help to simplify and accelerate a lending process. These offers are offered on various financial products, such as business loans and more. Individuals can check their pre-approved offers by providing a few details like name and contact number.
Individuals opting for a home loan must check the factors that can affect their home loan eligibility. Since there are several benefits of calculating EMIs before taking a home loan, one can use a home loan EMI calculator for the said purpose.
Hence, individuals willing to access records on the Meebhoomi AP portal must follow all steps mentioned above.
