My partner doesn’t comply with a Consent Order. What happens?

Many lawyers will provide quotes for fixed fees for the preparation of Consent Orders, but what the fixed fee includes can vary quite a bit and the associated costs can vary greatly. If you have not yet reached an agreement, then the cost is likely to be significantly higher than if you have. If you are require independent legal advice the cost will also increase. Most of the night fence will charge somewhere in the vicinity of 4 1/2 to $7000 depending on what it is you require.
