Preferably set your side or face to the direction of Qiblah for reading Quran.

Pause after reading an Ayat that brings a cautionary message by looking for Allah’s protection.

Makharij-ul-Huroof is the third rule of Tajweed. It is also known as the emission points of the letters’. These points of letters have many sections and places in the mouth, throat, and lips with different sounds of different letters are called Fusha. It is completely classical Arabic that is produced. Noon (The Noon Sakinah and Tanween)

Laam (Qamariyya and Shamsiyya)

The Laam in ‘al’ is prominent if the letter ensuing the al is “Qamariyya” (lunar), but it is silent when the letter following the al is “Shamsiyya” (solar). Both refer to the shape of the Arabic letters or Quran words.

Thinness and Thickness (Tafkhim and Tarqeeq)

The ninth and the final last rule of tajweed is about the thinness and thickness of Arabic letters pronunciation. With a heavy accent, some Arabic letters’ pronunciations are always thick (Tafkhim). And with a light accent, some letters’ pronunciation is thin (Tarqeq).
