Bridesmaid dress rental company Vow To Be Chic is shutting down operations, leaving brides scrambling to ensure their attendants have something to wear at their weddings.

Vow To Be Chic, which is based in Santa Monica, California, offered bridesmaid dress styles for rent for less than $100, including some from top designers like Monique LhuillierNicole Miller and Jenny Yoo. The company also provided bridesmaids with services including access to a personal stylist, a fit guarantee, try-on and color swatch options and free shipping.

As peak wedding season approaches, customers have been complaining on social media that the company was ignoring their emails and requests for refunds, Buzzfeed reports. The company has since deleted the comments and disabled its Twitter page.
